Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful week-long stay at Mona Chiang Mai, where the genuine hospitality of the family owners and staff truly enhanced our experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with large beds and a minimalist decor that felt fresh and inviting. It’s located in a quiet area, though it’s a bit far from the old town, but with taxis available, it was manageable. While I did wish for double-layered curtains to block the morning sun better, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
I had a good time staying at this hotel, especially with a spacious two-bedroom suite that was clean and comfortably decorated. The staff was quite accommodating, and even though the location isn't right in the center of things, getting transportation was easy. However, the hard bed was a downside, and there’s no pool, which was a bit disappointing.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is a bit away from the bustling city center, making it a peaceful retreat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and came with a comfy bed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, and the breakfast offered was generous. However, the thin curtains were a bit of an issue for light sleepers like me, and sometimes the creaking floors could be a distraction. Overall, it was a great value for what I paid.
I had a warm and welcoming experience at Mona Chiang Mai. The hotel is clean and offers comfortable bedding, although some amenities could use improvement, like thicker curtains for light sleepers. The location, while a bit removed from the main area, is still convenient, but taxis may have trouble finding it. Overall, it’s a good value for money, especially for those seeking a quieter stay away from the busy tourist spots.
I had a fantastic time at this charming hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. I found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable, though occasionally the noise from outside could be a bit disruptive. It’s close enough to the center that getting around wasn't a hassle, especially with the option of renting a motorbike. Overall, a great experience with minor quirks that didn’t overshadow the positive aspects.
